Truth Always Prevails / Such Ka Safar (in Urdu) is the
autobiography of Chairman of “Hashoo Group”, a leading business group of
Pakistan especially in the hotel industry. Saddruddin Hashwani’s life
started from the chilly nights of Baluchistan and now he is owner of Pakistan’s
leading hotel brand name Pearl Continental and The Marriot. In his book, he
mentions how he took his start up and in his journey to build and maintain such
a huge empire, how he fought against competitors and corrupt politicians. In
doing so, he also faced many dangers including death, the most serious of which
was The Marriot Hotel Attack. But all these problems could not stop him from achieving
his goal.
This book is a beautiful combination of interesting stories
and the biographies of known personalities of Pakistan. It is a must read for
especially those people who are planning or have started a business, but are
afraid of the problems. They will find it interesting and motivating.
